Additional Information

This rare tea variety has milky and creamy aromas. It can be categorised as halfway between green and black tea, which is why it is occasionally known as blue tea. Cultivated west of Taitung, Taiwan. We say we produce an ancestral, but fermenting some of the best tea and herbs in the worls.
something
We ferment and age small grower "Grand Cru" tea and herbs from around the world, to obtain what we think is a new drink category, pét-nat tea, or aged Kombucha. It´s low alcohol, between 0,9 and 2,5 %. We are based in the Basque Country, we use spring water from Izarraitz Mountain, and source sustainable tea and herbs from around the world in collaboration with Rare Tea Company.
