Additional Information

Small-scale production, on the family-run Satemwa Tea Estate in Malawi, of traditional Japanese-style steamed green tea and white peony, the seeds of which speak of an ancient journey that brought them first from Fujian, China, to Edinburgh’s Botanical Gardens, and subsequently to the remote mountains of East Africa. We say we produce an ancestral, but fermenting some of the best tea and herbs in the worls.
something
We ferment and age small grower "Grand Cru" tea and herbs from around the world, to obtain what we think is a new drink category, pét-nat tea, or aged Kombucha. It´s low alcohol, between 0,9 and 2,5 %. We are based in the Basque Country, we use spring water from Izarraitz Mountain, and source sustainable tea and herbs from around the world in collaboration with Rare Tea Company.
