Ama pét-nat tea is a new low alcohol drink made with water from the Izarraitz Massif in the Basque Country and the Yabukita variety of sencha tea from Shizuoka, Japan. Because sencha has thinner leaves it needs less steaming to create the green tea used in our Fine- aged Kombucha.
