Additional Information

At the entrance of Decroix's farm, in Charente, grows a pretty Sichuan pepper tree. When autumn comes, we harvest its red berries with their powerful and spontaneous aroma. Fresh in the mouth, with a peppery, aniseed and lemon flavour with a slight anaesthetic spiciness, it forms the base note of this gin. A sufficiently strong personality so as not to lose its personality in a cocktail. Slow reduction process, no filtration, totally addidtive free.
