About Distillerie et Domaine Cazottes

South West, France

Genuine adventurer of natural taste, Laurent Cazottes expresses the very essence of the fruit and blossom he harvests from his lands organic farmed in compliance with Nature & Progrès federation principles and biodynamic practices.
In 2010 with re-launching of a 12-generation family tradition, he starts to make wine from the local grapes varieties as Mauzac Rose, Prunelart and Jurançon Noir. Technical interventions that may alter the bacterial life of the wine are prohibited, as well as any addition of chemicals, with the exception, if necessary, of sulphites in very small quantities.
