We are passionate cheese geeks, cork dorks, ex-chefs, and expert tour guides in Paris & Champagne sharing a unique perspective and insider knowledge about French food & wine culture while keeping it fun. We’ve led hundreds of bespoke, unique, “under the skin of the city” culinary experiences and have a combined 22 years of working in French cuisine, including stints for Michelin-starred restaurants. Our sincere hope is that after tasting with us, you’ll take home a heightened understanding of French food culture with warm memories through carefully curated and inspiring food and wine experiences. Our intention is that you derive inspiration from how food is made and consumed. We also want people to have fun and be social! We are worldly locals who are fully immeshed in French food and wine culture. We take great pride in our work while striving to create a friendly, all-inclusive atmosphere. In addition, we support the small guys. We visit independent shops and promote purveyors who procure traditional, handmade goods. We care about sustainability, wholly seasonal, artisan goods and sustainable production methods.
