We believe that good agriculture can really heal the world.
At our winery in Nierstein we develop a climate adaptiv, regenerativ farming to create shadow and wilderness. We try to save water and store CO2 in our healthy soils. We create naturally stable wines, that can age without additives: organic and biodynamic.

Sheep and vegetables in between our vines are just the surface. The real revolution is happening under ground were millions of microbes are working for our future and life on earth.

We believe that healthy and diverse ecosystems create healthy grapes and we believe its possible to ferment stable wines from it: in old barrels, with wild yeasts, malolactic bacteria and mystic flor.

We grow Riesling in steep, red slate grand cru vineyards. Old wines, picked and sorted by hand. Crushed by foot and stabilised by nature. 

Super low alcohols made by grapes, only ;)
