The Ploder-Rosenberg vineyard is located in the volcanic area, in south-eastern Styria. Manuel is the 3rd generation to run the farm. Building on the biodynamic foundation of his parents, he now creates naturalwines with as little interventions. Long contact with the mash and mash fermentation shapes the wines. More and more PIWIs (FRGs) find their home in the vineyards. This results in cuvees and single-varietal wines that reflect the biodynamic farming methods and the origin.
