Vite Sparse is a small, independent wine project that collaborates with small-scale farmers across Italy to craft natural wines rooted in sustainability. We don’t own vineyards – instead, we work closely with growers who care for old, often overlooked vines in scattered plots.

Our name – “Vite Sparse” (“Scattered Vines”) – speaks to this diverse geography and our flexible, curious approach. We value both traditional and innovative practices, as long as they serve the land, the people, and the long-term health of the ecosystem.

We harvest by hand, ferment with native yeasts, and bottle without unnecessary additives. Each wine reflects a place, a season, and a human relationship.
