Víno od Francúza

VÍNO OD FRANCÚZA (The wine from the french guy) is a new small winery created by David and Darina,  situated in central Slovakia in a little village of Devičie. Love as essence of everything brought them together 🙂 David Papillon is a french winemaker and a sommelier. We produce our wine using approaches he has learned in France. Using organic grade quality grapes, grown in the wine-producing region of central Slovakia, our first wine was born in 2018. At present, we are cultivating our own land directly in Devičie preparing to plant the vineyard in spring 2020 using eco-friendly farming methods. By respecting the nature we enable the grape to emerge in its natural beauty. Our wines are produced with passion and love and contain only grapes and a pinch of sulfur. We do not bind our vine by exact recipe. The wine shall be as the grapes are. We believe that from good grapes, we will produce good wine with minimum interference and additives. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, bottling is being done by gravity. We try to add nothing to the wine and follow and observe the natural process.
