We started our agricultural project in the Colli Euganei natural park (near Padova) at the beginning of 2019. We trained professionally in the years through the studies of Permaculture and we are inspired by the principles of synergistic and regenerative agriculture. We cultivate two vineyards. One, which we rent, has an extension of about one hectare. It is terraced on calcareous sedimentary soil on the southern slope of Gemola Hill. The other one, which we bought at the beginning of 2020, has an extension of two hectares in a small valley between Cinto Hill and Partizzon Hill in Cinto Euganeo. We practice natural viticulture and make wine without any oenological additive (also sulfur is totally banned). We de-stem all the grapes by hand and press with our feet.
