Founded in 2021, Très-Précieux-Sang now farms 2.2 hectares of organic vines, including 3 vitis vinifera (Zweigelt, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir) and 8 hybrids (Lucy-Kuhlmann, Marquette, Frontenac Blanc and Gris, St-Pépin, Juneau d'Or, La Crescent, Seyval). Laurence, Félix, and Vincent do everything themselves—from vineyard work to winemaking, including the hand-drawn labels. Through creative, natural, and distinctive winemaking, they seek to explore the infinite possibilities offered by their grapes and terroir.
