We are Titerok-Akaet, we area family winery in Lanzarote focused on recovering historic vineyards and expressing the island’s unique volcanic terroir. We work with old vines, traditional dry farming and organically certified viticulture, combining respect for our heritage with a precise, low-intervention approach to winemaking. Through skin contact, careful oxygen management and ageing in concrete and oak, we aim to preserve freshness and reveal the character of each vineyard and vintage. Our goal is to recover historic vineyards and preserve their varietal and clonal biodiversity, respecting Lanzarote’s volcanic soils and unique landscapes. We manage organically certified vineyards and combine traditional viticulture with innovation in the winery. We use low amounts of sulphur dioxide, maintain strict hygiene standards and carefully manage oxygen to preserve freshness. Skin contact enhances aromas and texture, while ageing in different materials allows us to express the character of each wine.
