Terroir Tactics Consulting partners with boutique and established wineries to strengthen their market strategy and commercial foundation. Founded by Josh Lavis, the firm bridges the gap between producers and trade partners—working directly with wineries, importers, and distributors to align pricing, positioning, and distribution plans. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Terroir Tactics helps producers translate authentic, terroir-driven stories into market success while supporting importers and distributors with brand-ready, compliant, and profitable portfolios. The result: sustainable growth, stronger trade relationships, and clearer pathways from vineyard to glass.
