The company was founded in the 80s by Carlo Noro, one of the founders of the biodynamic method in Europe. The company has been producing vegetables for about 30 years and has an internal training school called "Biodynamic Profession" which deals with scientific research and agronomic dissemination. In 2010 Valerio and Simone the sons of Carlo aquires some small vineyard that produce the “Cesanese del Piglio” and the “Passerina del Frusinate”. In winery in order not to spoil all the good work done in the vineyard, the fermentation is rigorously spontaneous, without addition of yeast nutrients and vitamins to the grape must with the exception of low quantities of potassium metabisulphite. Stabilization and clari-cation in particular is completely natural and the wine is bottled without the use of -lter pads. Wherever in the world we live and work the soil, we can practice biodynamic farming. We have to respect the laws of Soil Biology, that are still partly unknown nowadays. We have to take care of the soil, since in the last 50 years man has marred all of the farmland by applying conventional farming methods. Human beings have not yet understood that they should not -ght against Nature using laws dictated by Mechanistic Science which are closely related to agribusiness. In 1924 Rudolf Steiner has donated us a new impulse towards the replacement of the chemical farming method that was being developed. He gave us comprehension and intervention toolkits that respect the wisdom and laws of Nature in existence since million of years. Today, such tools are can be found in the Biodynamic method of farming.
