Slov Artisanal Wines is a boutique project located in the Štajerska region of Slovenia. The winery is dedicated to natural, minimal-intervention winemaking, focusing on handpicked grapes, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and bottling without fining or filtration. They are particularly recognized for their expressive skin-contact (orange) wines made from traditional white varieties like Muscat, Riesling, and Sauvignon, as well as fresh field blends.
