We are Felix and Micha and run a small Demeter winery in South Baden. Our winery has been in existence since 2011 and was certified organic by Ecovin in 2012 and Demeter in 2020. With our wines, we first worked classically, but also from the beginning without fining agents and rather with the factor of time.In 2015, we worked with mash fermentation for the first time with Chasselas and since 2018, with our PetNat's, we have bottled the first wines without added sulphur. All wines are fermented spontaneously and about 2/3 are matured in used wooden barrels.
