Sawauchi Jozo Winery Established in November 2017 in Hachinohe, Aomori, Sawauchi Jozo Winery is a small, passionate winery that brings together local flavors, heartfelt craftsmanship, and a deep respect for nature. Located in the southern district of Hachinohe, the winery uses grapes grown in the Nango area to produce its signature Hachinohe Wines. In addition, it crafts Japanese Wines from grapes sourced in Nanbu Town and Takahata in Yamagata Prefecture.
