With a unique location within the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, Quinta do Paraíso offers such a distinctive natural environment that it immediately inspired in us the desire to plant a vineyard on the estate, with the aim of preserving local grape varieties — some of which have been abandoned in recent times and are now nearly extinct, such as Bastardo.
