About
I produce a small amount of wine from old, ungrafted and non irrigated vines mainly País, Cinsault and Moscatel de Alejandría. In the cellar there is no plastic only old clay tinajas (amphora) and wooden barrels. These factors allow the wines to fully express their origin the soil and climate we have here in biobio.
