Possible Wine is an importer of wine from small farms, by winegrowers (...and not winemakers!... Because wine is made in the vineyard and not in the cellar...), that respect and preserve the environment and the traditions to build a better world and have authentic wines, wine with personality to avoid the taste homologation. At Possible, we have an immediate and emotional approach to wine rather than a detached and analytical perspective. We believe that wine is a product of the grapes, the people who make it, and the stories behind it. To fully comprehend wine, these three elements cannot be separated. Our focus is the Italian natural wine, and we sell it to private people through the website or events, and to restaurants, bars and wineshop in Denmark. Laura Amadei, sommelier and food and beverage consultant, fulfilled her dream by moving to Denmark in 2020. After settling in, in 2022, she decided to import the wines she loves and share her expertise on wine, food, and traditions with the people of Denmark. Having personally met and known the winegrowers, she brings a unique and personal touch to her wine offerings.
