At Pittnauer Winery, there’s no doubt that we’ve cultivated a truly distinctive style and taste, one that stands apart through authenticity and individuality. Over the years, we have steadfastly followed a deeply personal philosophy: to let things grow naturally rather than force them artificially.

For us, winemaking is less about rigid perfection and more about embracing spontaneity, improvisation, and the sheer joy of discovery. We believe in a dynamic and flexible approach, one that celebrates living fully in the moment while allowing nature to guide the process. This philosophy shapes not only our wines but also the spirit of everything we do.

Our wines reflect the vibrant world we treasure—an ethos rooted in joie de vivre and the beauty of the unexpected. This outlook has earned us a reputation for being refreshingly different, for standing apart from the crowd with wines that tell a story of individuality and bold authenticity.

We are proud to share our passion for life and winemaking, crafting wines that capture the essence of our vision, our region, and our way of life.
