Hi, I started wine studies in shouth-west of France in 2010-2011. The name of the school is MFR de Brens, near Gaillac. The second year was in the MFR at Vayres, near Pomerol. During two years I discover inapprentitiship the wine industry : importers, salers, distributors, wineries, winemakers and even journalist. After I did a bachelor and master specialized in mass-market retailers (Carrefour, Lildl, Leclerc..). It was a good year for me because I discover how I don't like Hypermarket and how I prefer for me the real Terroir, with small producers and specialized retailers. In November 2014 I sign a contractto open my own Wine Bar in Brussels. During five years I sold thousands of bottles to an international and emphusiastic customers. It was the best experience ever because I manage all the business alone. During this period I discover natural wines from all over the world. The philosophy advocates by winemakers sounds the exactly reflect of my vision since my first studies. So I started to drink and sell lot of natural wines. I sell my Wine bar in 2019 because I had a wonderful children :) Then with two associates we open a restaurant named Le Canard Sauvage, still in Brussels. With the Covid crisis we decided to change the concept and we change the restaurant in a grocery/delicatessen/cellar shop. I still import natural wines from europe and sell them in the shop and to my clients and I decided to open a new business geared towards naturals wines and products.
