Beginning as a food cart nine years ago, Mark and Tiffany set out to create a space where food was not just an avenue of creative expression, but a way to support local and organic growers. Everything is house-made including all bread (from local whole wheat!). As business has grown and flourished, their commitment has extended into the world of wine focusing on low intervention, biodynamic and organic wines both local and old world. Oregon is home to many wineries who share these same principles and we take pride in showcasing these stewards of land and vine.
