Naturaliści

Joseph Di Blasi grew up near San Francisco California, but worked in Norway for 10 years before moving to Kraków, Poland in December 2013. His interest in natural wines began in 2004 but after completing the WSET Advanced education in 2008, he began to focus exclusively on organic, biodynamic and natural wines. He was the creator of www.vinosseur.com - a blog about mostly natural wine. In April 2014 Joseph founded Naturaliści (The Naturalists) with Norwegian and fellow natural wine enthusiast Morten Tangen. Naturaliści is based in Kraków where they run a small retail wine shop, and they also distribute throughout Poland to private customers and to the HoReCa market.
