About
Mëralla wines are made from biodynamic Alsace Grand Cru grapes, following a Nothing Added, Nothing Taken Away (R.A.R.E.) natural winemaking approach. Since 2018, Michèle Ramponi has also revived forgotten orchards and developed a circular economy with 12 natural winemakers, producing grape seed oil, verjuice, and soon a water-free cosmetics line.
