“She had her head in the stars, he had her feet on the ground, in the moonlight they dreamed of a wine that respects nature and the consumer… “ Located at an altitude of more than 300 meters, in the heart of the Agly valley,(AOC Cotes du Roussillon) the vines of  Mas de le Lune benefit from an extremely rich soil of schists and granite arenas. The old vines that characterize it (mostly between 70 and 90 years old) correspond to a typically Catalan grape variety. We find Grenache Noir, a gourmet grape, Macabeu, a very aromatic white grape, Mourvèdre, which brings tannins and aromas of spicy black fruits, Carignan, which brings power and structure to red wines as well as Syrah and Grenache Gris. These grape varieties are harvested by hand and in crates. The cultivation methods that we practice, in the practice of biodynamics, are intended to be as natural as possible: respectful of the environment and the consumer.  Mas de la Lune it’s :  7 ares 5/6 wines being produced in small quantities between 600 & 3000 bts  Vinification with indigenous yeast and wines age in tank & old Oak.
