Les Enfants Terribles

We are young winemakers, settled in Alsace since 2020. We are from Champagne, not from a winemaker family, so we do not own our vineyards, but we buy grapes from very good grape producers, only in Alsace, paying attention first to the soil and the agricultural practising. We produce a few bottles of each cuvée, as we are using basket presses and doing everything by our own hands. Most of our wines are made with at least part of maceration, and all of them are aged in old barrels. Our goal is to feel the terroir in the wine, before the variety grape, and we make gastronomics wines.
