We're two friends from Alsace - Pierrick, a grower and winemaker passionate about agroecology, and Matthieu, a distiller working only with wild forage plants, who met at the Domaine Christian Binner. Basically, we worked and played music together, then we start to produce just a few thousand bottles a year, following a simple philosophy : nothing added, nothing taken away ; just ripe grapes, music and time. Most of our vineyards are in the Minervois, Languedoc on limestone soils, with some old alsatian vines we still harvest and vinify back home. Our goal is to make wines that feel alive, sincere, and expressive of place ; wines that sounds softly but truthfully.
