La Lunotte

Since 2002, Christophe looks after a 5 hectares vineyard that he farms biodynamically. Cover crop is left between rows in order to enhance life in the soil. In the cellar, everything is as simple as possible: native yeasts, no sulfur, no fining and no filtration.
