kerasus is a wine movement project. It researches traditional viticulture techniques that are being forgotten in the region. He conducts research on the married vine viticulture technique, which is the closest to nature among these traditional viticulture techniques. At the same time, wine is produced in all regions except the Black Sea region of Turkey. We know from the archives that many wines were produced in the Black Sea region from ancient times until 1923 and sent to Europe. Although the history of winemaking in this region is almost the same as that of neighboring Georgia, as a result of incorrect state policies, the history of winemaking in the region was forgotten and grape production was terminated. As a result of the Türkiye-Greece population exchange in 1923, wine production stopped in the Black Sea Region. Kerasus aims to revive this forgotten culture in this region by researching the lost wine grapes and wine techniques and adapting them to the present day with research and development.
