Installé depuis 1995, j’exploite 15 hectares de verger en Normandie de pommiers et poiriers (pour certains bicentenaires) haute-tige. Ma gamme de Poiré tout en prise de mousse naturelle : Poiré AOP Domfront, le poiréVinot et Le poiré Monovariètal Fossey (ces deux derniers sans sulfite).
