IKKA WINES by INISHI-E Co., Ltd. is a natural wine crafted in Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture, with the vision of creating wine that “enriches nature with every sip.” Free from preservatives and additives, it is produced in vibrant vineyards where diverse lifeforms—animals, birds, insects, and microorganisms—thrive among lush vegetation. Without relying on pesticides or fertilizers, the grapes are cultivated using a unique method that goes beyond natural farming. This approach harnesses the power of nature itself, where plants and living organisms influence and regulate each other in a harmonious balance. In the winemaking process, no preservatives or added yeast are used. The wines are unfiltered, unclarified, and unheated, reducing strain on the body while enhancing the natural flavors and aromas of the grapes. The lineup includes wines such as “GaraMogi22” and “Y!G!22”, made primarily from Delaware grapes grown on reclaimed abandoned farmland. These wines offer a well-balanced acidity and umami, making them a popular choice for those who seek ethical and sustainable products. IKKA WINES has also been featured at Isetan Shinjuku’s exclusive “Tanseikai” event, where its quality and the compelling story behind its grape cultivation and winemaking have been highly praised. Additionally, the “MIZEN Collaboration Cuvée Sparkling White Wine”, born from a partnership with MIZEN Co., Ltd., our luxury fashion brand group company, reflects the shared philosophy of both brands: “Craftsmanship is the essence of a brand.” This special sparkling wine is an elegant gift option, perfect for any occasion. At IKKA WINES, we believe that “the more we nurture living beings, the better the wine becomes.” Experience our dedication to winemaking that harmonizes with nature.
