Hi, I’m Liam Jiang. I’m an importer and entrepreneur deeply rooted in China’s vibrant spirits and wine industry. For years, my core business has been importing premium spirits—specializing in whisky and rum—into the Chinese market. Over the years, I’ve built a robust supply chain network and gained extensive, hands-on experience in international logistics and customs clearance, ensuring smooth transit from global distilleries to domestic consumers. To create a direct touchpoint with spirits lovers, I also own and operate three successful brick-and-mortar bars, which serve as the perfect playground for tasting, community building, and market testing. Lately, my personal passion and professional focus have evolved. I’ve fallen completely in love with natural wine—its raw expression of terroir, minimal intervention, and the honest stories behind each bottle. Given the rapidly growing appetite for unique, authentic tastes among younger Chinese consumers, I see a massive opportunity here. My next big mission is to leverage my established import expertise and offline venues to introduce exceptional natural wines to China, connecting low-intervention winemakers with a new generation of curious, appreciative Chinese drinkers.
