I’m a producer on sud east of Etna,in Contrada Carpene,Monte Gorna e Monte Ilice(Trecastagni e Zafferana Etnea) , 730 mt above sea level .We have 2,5 hectar in alberello(between 40 and 60 years) Nerello Mascalese,Cappuccio and Carricante e Catarratto .The age of Volcanic soil is 600 years old. Only copper and sulfur for my vineyard. I’m also  bio olive oil producer with 1400 olive tree in sud west of Etna near a river in Contrada Grottafumata(Randazzo) 350 mt above sea level
