We are Ana and Hugo. Ana is from Douro, following the family business of winemaking. Me, Hugo, I’m from Porto. I found Douro in 2005, and quite unexpectedly I got hooked. First by my first wine - Grau Baumé (2008) and then with the oranges at Quinta do Zimbro. (2011) Since that time we assumed together this journey of winemaking, finding and experimenting, leaving protocols and filters behind. Nowadays we spend the most of our time in the vineyards. It’s the most challenging part but also the most rewarding. We are truly committed to work with Nature, observe and be able to bring more and more vivacity to the wines we make.
