Goldhahn und Sampson

We are a book shop, a cooking school, a grocery store and purveyor of essential supplies for everybody with a kitchen and/or a preference for good food and drinks. Our range is a no-compromising selection of things we like and things that taste good, and we want to share them with you! 

We opened our first store in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg in 2006 and since then we have built up our expertise and are renowned across Berlin. 

In 2015 we opened our second store in Wilmersdorfer Straße in the West of Berlin, this store being the largest store, and offering the biggest selection of food, wine, and non food items, a cafe, the cooking school and the biggest selection of hand picked wines from across Europe. 

In 2021, we opened our small but mighty store at the Markthalle IX in Kreuzberg, this is a great way to introduce yourself to GundS, as it stocks the most sought-after books, food and wine. In all stores we concentrate on genuine, artisanal products and personal relationships with our manufacturers.
