The vineyard covers an area of 10 hectares. Organic cultivation began in 2018, and biodynamic farming was adopted in 2023. The vineyard is located on a sandy high - land formed by the alluvial of the Sanggan River and the Yanghe River. The surface layer is alluvial sandy loam, and the bottom layer is interspersed with black soil layers and sandy soil layers deposited by the river channels. The soil contains 1% - 10% gravel. The temperate semi - arid continental monsoon climate brings little rainfall, with relatively dry air and a large temperature difference between day and night. The vineyard varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan, Merlot, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, etc. The winemaking process uses only natural yeasts from the vineyard for fermentation, with natural sedimentation. It is not fining or filtering, and sulfur is added in small amounts or not at all.
