Franchina e giarone is a small farm located on the hills of Emilia. We have eight hectars in two different vinyeards, near Castelvetro. We produce wines with local vines: Lambrusco, Trebbiano Modenese, Trebbianina, Sgavetta and others. We produce sparkling wine with the method of natural rifermentation in the bottle. We don't use yeast or other addictives (only a small quantity of sulfites).
