About
Franchina e giarone is a small farm located on the hills of Emilia. We have four hectars in two different vinyeards, near Castelvetro. We produce wines with local vines: Lambrusco, Trebbiano Modenese, Trebbianina, Sgavetta and others. 2023 was our fourth vintage, we produce sparkling wine with the method of natural rifermentation in the bottle. We don't use yeast or other addictives (only a small quantity of sulfites).
