The first harvest intended for organic winemaking took place in 2011. Since then, we have continued to develop and refine the aromas of our wines, which express the vibrancy of their very distinctive terroir. Today, our wines are served at the tables of Québec’s finest restaurants, subject to the availability of our cuvées: dry white wine, dry red wine, orange wine (skin-contact), and pét-nat rosé and white. In early 2024, our winemaker Samuel Lavoie was honored as Winemaker of the Year at the Lauriers de la Gastronomie du Québec awards.
