Domaine Fond Cyprès

Since 2004, Fond Cypres' first wines have grown. We have had to work hard all these years to find the our vineyard's identity: to know each plot, to try different wine-producing methods, grape variesties to grape varieties, to taste our close and far neighbours. It is how we got here. Building on successful discoveries, our wines are free and accomplished. The cuvees are demonstrated the expression concentrated on one grape variety attached to one plot, one Corbieres coming from a selection of juices, one atypical white wine dreamt before being planted. The four red wines are named Le Carignan de la source, Le Grenache du bois Saint-Jaume, La Syrah de la longe du puits, Le Corbieres et Le Blanc des Garennes.
