Our domain covers approximatively 12 ha (including 10 ha of vines) farmed organically (AB) and biodynamically (Demeter), certified since 2013. Soils are worked with horses and chenillard. Our ewes, geese and hens graze vineyard plots in autumn and winter and contribute to the biodiversity of the farm. We use composts and green manures to hold vines. We reduce vine and grapes treatments using herb teas, concoctions and mainly thanks to the spread of biodynamic mixture. In the cellar, we humbly respect grapes and its terroir. The vines are hand-harvested. Fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts. Apart from some sulphite if needed, no other oenological products are used in the wine making process. We have new projects, as to plant to olive trees and aromatic plants (lavender, thyme, rosemary, etc) in order to produce our essential oil. We elaborate Vins de France, white, rosé, red, dry, sparkling or sweet one, according to “natural” wine making process.
