Certified organic winegrower, I practice biodynamic viticulture. I vinify without inputs using indigenous yeasts on 5 hectares of family vineyards on the slopes of the Roussillon in northern Catalonia, at the foot of the Pyrenees, facing the Mediterranean sea.
