Depuis 2008, Louis-Clément David-Beaupere a repris les vignes familiales. Après une école de commerce, il se détourne d’une carrière dans la finance pour reprendre des études d’ingénieur agronome à l’ISARA. Il décide alors de convertir l’ensemble du vignoble à l’agriculture biologique puis commence à vinifier naturellement ses vins en 2012.
