I have been running the estate for 11 years now, since I created it in 2014, other less than 5ha, all in organic way. I am based on the beautiful terroirs of Bourgueil, in the Loire Valley, with the only remarkable grape variety in this appellation, CABERNET FRANC.
The 2 main red cuvées of the estate are, Rencontre and Conversation and come respectively from the gravel & sand terroirs (vines with an average age of around 25 years, located on the first slopes) and from the clay & limestone (very old vines 60 years old, located on the hillsides) . The vintages currently available for sale are 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020,2021, 2022 depends of the cuvee! I also chose to offer a sparkling cuvée made from Cabernet Franc. The cuvée, Etincelles, a natural sparkling with its 4 years of latte and dry!
The entire production represents an average of 9000 bottles/year.
