About
We are two Importers who formed a small negociant project in 2017. Das Juice is all about farming first with all fruit sourced from only Organic or Biodynamic vineyards in McLaren Vale & the Adelaide Hills. Winemaking is simple with no additions other than small amounts of sulphur where necessary. Das juice is about fun wines, a reimagining of traditional varietals made with techniques such as extended maceration for whites & carbonic for reds.
