THE STRENGTH OF UNITY
Over 35 years ago, a collective of Québec winemakers chose to come together to protect their shared interests and drive progress in a growing industry. Founded in 1987 as the Association des vignerons du Québec, the organization adopted its current name, the Conseil des vins du Québec (CVQ), in 2018.
Today, the CVQ represents close to 150 members—including 110 vineyards—who pool their expertise, energy, and experience to strengthen and promote Québec’s viticulture sector, one bottle at a time.

To advocate for winemakers and support the sustainable growth of the industry by moving forward key initiatives related to producer success, marketing, distribution, and the advancement of research and knowledge.
