Méry Melrose is an artisanal cognac house; an independent family owned business with its own organic cultivated vineyard, distillery and winery.  Situated in the heart of the Grande Champagne region of Cognac, it is led by François Méry, a fourth generation distiller and viticulturist. The Cognacs VS & VSOP are made entirely from organic grapes we grow, vinify, distill and mature at our estate in Salles d’Angles, the village where François’ family have lived since 1946. Along with cognac we produce organic wine and pineau (which is a blend of grape juice and eau-de-vie cognac).
