A beautiful family story... We, Stéphanie and Olivier, lovingly run our estate, nestling in the heart of Avize, a Grand Cru Village in the Côte des Blancs. Our family has been established in this prestigious region for five generations. Each bottle of our exceptionnal champagne tells a story of tradition and passion. Our sons, Antonin and Cyprien joined the family business five years ago, bringing new energy and dedication. Thanks to their hard work, the vineyard achieved the organic certification in 2023, demonstrating our shared commitment to sustainability and excellence, and allowing the legacy of our beloved craft to continue to thrive. Our vineyards cover more than 18 hectares, including the Grands Crus of Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Mesnil sur Oger and äy, the Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, and the Crus de Caractère of the Barséquanais, Sézannais and Vallée de l'Ardre.
