AN ALLIANCE OF TERROIRS AND HISTORIES.

Our production stems from the convergence of two strong identities: Vincent Cuillier and Emeline De Sloovere. It marks the fusion of two distinct family legacies, uniting the sandy soils of the Massif de Saint-Thierry with the deep chalk of the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. More than a simple collaboration, it is a permanent dialogue between two viticultural sensibilities aiming to redefine the Champagne of tomorrow. Together, we cultivate the diversity of our plots to create precise, site-specific wines that narrate the geological history of our respective lands while sharing a common vision of excellence and freedom.

AGROFORESTRY AS A VITAL FOUNDATION.

At the heart of our approach lies a deep conviction: the vine should not stand alone. We have made the radical choice of regenerative viticulture and agroforestry to breathe new life into our soils. By reintegrating trees among the rows and encouraging permanent cover crops, we restore a complex, resilient ecosystem capable of self-regulation. This symbiosis between tree, soil, and vine allows us to produce grapes of rare energy, nourished by living, structured earth, far removed from conventional farming practices. It is a return to ancestral farming wisdom, magnified by a modern understanding of biodiversity.

SINCERE AND UNADORNED WINEMAKING.

In the cellar, our touch is light, letting the terroir dictate the rules. We prioritize a "low intervention" approach, guided by observation and patience rather than technique. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long aging in wood or inert vessels, and minimal use of sulfur are our unshakeable standards. We refuse to use "makeup," offering Champagnes that embrace their natural state—often zero dosage—expressing the texture, salinity, and original purity of the fruit. Each cuvée is a liquid snapshot of its vintage, unfiltered and without artifice.
